Domestic delivery (Germany):

- Free shipping from a purchase value of 100€
Delivery within the EU:
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-8 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Shipment tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Please check that your order is complete and undamaged upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage, please inform our customer service immediately at info@thecardclub.de.
